development of azimnagar mission

 Azimnagar Mission started in 2014 running  scholarship program in the school where he studied during his childhood. Scholarship funds provided for the poor students of Ibrahimpur Ishwar Chandra High School which would be running for an unlimited period. In 2019, Azimnagar Mission bought 44 decimal lands in the village of Tora, Ghior, District Manikgonj. This is one and half hour distance from the capital city Dhaka, 15 minutes from Monno Medical Hospital. Boundary walls has been completed. Electricity connection is up & running, water pump installed, internet and 24/7 security surveillances cameras are Installed.  

 7th March 2020, initial construction work inaugurated by Dr. S.M. Moazzem Hossain, Deputy Director, Polio Eradication Team, UNICEF NYHQ, USA and Engineer Shamsur Rahman, Chairman of a Engineering University and Secretary General-IDEB (Institute of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh) along with the local People.
 

A local advisory committee is made with the consent of the local elderly people who will volunteer their time in support of the project. The Mission hired a supervisor and few labors to run day to day operations. All kinds of fruits and vegetables are planted in the premises and fish harming is running in the pond. Paultry farm is a part of the plan. 

 The Mission  prepared the ground ready for the building construction. Boundary walls completed, the main entrance gate is underway. The Mission is trying to raise the funds for the building construction.  

The Mission is set to create resources within the property which can generate revenues from mushrooms, fish firming, poultry, planting all kinds of fruits and vegetables inside the property. The Mission is planning to create an infrastructure that will generate the revenue for the Mission for its on going projects. This project could be able to be sustained by its own resources and grow side by side with the help of the donors. 

On March 4th, 2023, a meeting organized to meet with the local people and local Government officials. Distinguished guests in this gathering were Mir Ruhul Amin, DG-DUDOK (Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau), Dr. Md. Kamal Hossain, Ph.D. Mahatma Gandhi Peace Awarded 2023, Secretary General-Human Rights Implementation Commission & World Cancer Society, Senior Vice Chairman-Wushu Federation & Bangabandhu Foundation, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman (Canada) and several others attended for the formal discussion with the locals. Food was served for the locals. 

The Chairman of Ghior Upojila and others attended the meeting and promised to make extension road to the project. Discussed with the elderly locals about how this organization will run and the required support from the local people.
